To expand on your last point of Web3 is not decentralized (completely) - Do you think for chains which follow governance proposal like Cosmos based chains, fall under this category. For example, if a certain change needs to be made on the Blockchain a governance proposal is made. However most of the time the foundation of that chain holds most of the tokens and thus holding most of the voting power. Does this take away the credibility of a Decentralized chain?
